Every woman wants to look majestic and it’s necessary to care for the skin around the eye area. The skin around your eyes is thin, delicate and sensitive and there are a few certain skin care practices you should take into consideration in order to get rid of bags under your eyes, dark circles, wrinkles and fine lines. Here are seven handy tips on how to care for the skin around your eyes.

1. Special ingredients

If you decide to use a separate product for the eye area, you need to avoid certain ingredients. Look for the products that contain haloxyl, peptides, nicotinic acid, caffeine, ceramides, retinol and moisturizers. The usage of these ingredients helps us fight wrinkles, discoloration, fine lines and puffiness. Stay away from the products that contain oil since it will clog the glands around the eyes.

2. Be gentle

It’s of great importance that caring for the skin around eyes requires being very gentle, because the skin on your eye area is 6-10 times thinner than other parts of your face. Avoid rough washing, rubbing and pulling the skin around your eyes, because it can have a negative impact on the structure of your skin.

3. Reconsider waxing

Eyebrow waxing can damage the top layer of the skin around your eyes. Many waxing fans may find it erroneous, but it’s better to tweeze your eyebrows instead of using wax. If waxing is good for you, you can continue, but make sure your esthetician is very gentle.

4. Use a separate product

It’s generally agreed that the skin around the eyes is special and requires separate care. I mean you shouldn’t use facial care products on your eye area. Even skin experts cannot come to a common solution. Your face wash can be too harsh for this gentle and thin skin area, because it is used to remove oil and dirt and usually contains some abrasive particles.

5. Wear sunscreen

It’s not a secret that our eye area often suffers from the sunlight and needs certain care. We can prevent premature aging and sun damage using eye creams which have a broad spectrum of protection. They will your skin and make it smooth and soft.

6. Massage

If you want to rid yourself of numerous skin problems, then try to massage your face on a regular basis. Massage can help you reduce dark circles, puffiness, and frown lines. While you may think this step is not helpful, it can really do wonders for the appearance of your skin.

7. Masks and pads

It is well known that eye masks and pads are full ofsuper options to refresh and brighten your skin. This care is a great way to moisturize and calm down ultra thin and tender eye area. It is good to pamper the skin with masks which soothe and hydrate the neglected area.
I hope these little hints helped you. It’s true that eyes are the mirror of our inner world. So make sure you care for the skin of your eye area every day. If you have any other tips, please share them with us in the comments section.

Russia: Meet HEAD TRANSPLANT volunteer Valeri Spiridonov

Russian computer scientist Valeri Spiridonov is set to undergo the world's first full head transplant, with the 30-year-old expressing hope of "success" in a pioneering operation he has deemed similar in importance to space travel while speaking in Moscow, Thursday.

Valeri Spiridonov (in Russian): "This technology is similar to the first man to walk in space. This is because in the future it will help thousands of people who are in an even more deplorable state than I am."

Valeri Spiridonov (in Russian): "We're experimenting, which lead to a relatively successful transplantation of the body, but then it was not possible to transmit nerve activity in organs and limbs. In that operation it did not have a meaning. Canavero overcame this problem. He has technology that allows the merging of neurons. And it works. We hope that this technology will lead to success."

Reignite your spark

by Amanda MacMillan
There are lots of great things about being in a long-term relationship:Research shows that happy couples, in many ways, have better healthand overall wellbeing than their single or divorced peers. After all, a loving partner can offer companionship, comfort, and physical and emotional support when you need it.

But after years of marriage ordating, a significant other can start to feel more like a roommate than a romantic partner. Maybe you've grown apart, you're busy with work and kids, or the spark's just not there anymore. For whatever reason you've found yourself falling out of love, here's how the experts suggest you find your way back in.

Be more touchy-feely

"Long-term couples don't touch enough," says Wendy Walsh, clinical psychologist and founder ofAskALoveGuru.com, a site that matches relationship therapists with potential clients. "When we touch—especially skin-to-skin—we get a little rush of the brain chemicals that help trigger those loving feelings." Think about how often you and your partner actually share physical contact on a daily basis. If it's just a quick peck on the lips before and after work, make an effort to step up your game, says Walsh. She cites research showing that a 20-second hug can trigger a significant oxytocin release. "Most married couples hug for three seconds or less," she says. "So I advise them, two to three times a day, to stop what they're doing and hold a long, calm embrace. It can change your biochemistry, and you'll begin to bond again."

Sleep closer together

That same rush of brain chemicals can also come from physical contact in bed—and not just during sex, either. Sleeping skin-to-skin, whether it's full-on spooning or even just touching toes, can have relationship benefits, too. In fact, a 2014 survey presented at the Edinburgh International Science Festival found that couples who slept the closest to each other reported having more relationship satisfaction. "Of course we don't know if sleeping apart causes dissatisfaction or if happier couples simply sleep closer, but why not just try to get closer and see if it helps?" says Walsh. "Get the toddler or the dog out of the bed and try snuggling for at least a few minutes."
